Providing Quality Referrals
We refer reliable and quality referrals “clients” to our financial advisors at Discovery for review or comparisons or further assistance on their financial needs.
Setting Up Appointments
Our call center agents contact these clients to set up appointments with the advisors by using a professional script that has been approved by our financial advisors.
What You Need

Reliable Laptop or PC
For this role, you'll need a reliable laptop or PC.

Stable WiFi or Fiber Connection
You'll also need a stable WiFi or fiber connection (pocket routers won't suffice).

Functional Headset with Mic
Functional headsets with a mic (no Bluetooth devices, please, these are not compatible with our systems) are essential for effective dialing and communication.
Training

1

Day 1 & 2: Online Training
During your 3-day training, we'll cover everything you need to know online. It's fast-paced and designed to equip you with the skills for success. Your focus and dedication are key, especially in managing potential challenges like load shedding or network disruptions.

Day 3: Coaching & System Setups
Your online training on day 1 and day 2 is done online on your own. So it is imperative that you put as much focus on it as you can. Understanding the work and what you are going to be doing is crucial. Day 1 and 2 - online assessments Day 3 - Coaching and system set ups.
Earning Potential
Commission-Based
This is a commission-based position, however the earning potential is endless… remember what you put in is what you get out and we have an excellent payment structure that provides instant gratification.
Payment Structure
Payments are swift—starting from day one—and our quarterly bonuses further reward consistent performance and participation. We pay you R75 for every qualified lead that you refer. There are additional incentives for meeting certain targets as well. And as soon as you have reached your 7 sale mark / or R500 and up… your money is paid to you the very next day!
Quarterly Bonus
How the Quarterly Bonus Works
Our Quarterly Bonuses are paid out at the end of each Quarter. March June September December In order to Qualify for a Quarterly Bonus, you need to participate in our Activity Circle Incentive.
  • You will be Monitored on your Sales & Quality
  • Should you reach 5 or more sales, your lead amount will be BOOSTED.
  • In Other words, the amount payable you will go from R75 Per Sale, to R100 Per Sale.
  • The additional R25 per Sale will be saved and paid out to you at the end of the relevant Quarter.
  • The Qualification for this incentive is determined by your WEEKLY performance.
  • Should you abscond, resign or go MIA (making no contact with COMM), your code will be deactivated from COMMS's systems and you will forfeit your Quarterly Bonus.
  • In order to qualify for this quarterly bonus, you code has to stay active by dialing consistently for the full quarter (3 months).
  • This is subject to change at any time as this incentive is to the discretion of the company.
